Artisan Pasta

Our selection of Artisan pasta's are made from a variety of certified organic flours and natural alternatives to wheat such as Chestnut, Sorghum, Buckwheat and Legumes in addition to the more traditional corn and rice flours.  All the pasta's are slow dried and many are enhanced with ingredients such as Turmeric, Spinach and provide high nutritional values, vitamins and fibre.  The pasta's retain their shape through the cooking process and have a wonderful taste and texture, to which you can add your own creative sauces and flavours.  Choose something you haven't tried before - you will not be disappointed!
